A Seasoned Artist...

As a professional actor with decades of training and experience, I bring a high degree of depth and versatility to all of my work regardless of the scope and scale.

Voiceover:

With my warm baritone, I specialize in commercials, corporate explainer videos, Elearning, and medical narration. I also bring years of IT experience into the booth, allowing me to lend credibility to technical copy.

I maintain my own pro home studio that features a noise floor of -60 db, a Sennheiser 416 mic with a Steinberg UR22C interface, and I currently use Twisted Wave as my DAW.

About

I grew up in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St Paul, MN and have been performing pretty much since I could talk. That passion lead me to the University of Minnesota's theatre department and radio station, KUOM. After graduating with my undergraduate degree, I dove headlong into the life of an actor by night and IT support guy by day. I eventually found my way in front of the camera and into the VO booth while still keeping a foot on the stage.

Over the past 20 years, I've worked on hundreds of stage productions, indy short and feature-length films, and commercial and corporate projects. In 2015 I co-founded Combustible Company, a small theatre company that uses actors' physicallity to tell visceral stories. I've performed in most of Combustible Company's productions while also serving as its co-artistic and executive director.

Perhaps as a result of the many hours of playing with Legos during my childhood, I spend my spare time (such as it is) restoring my family's 1890s home on the East Side of St Paul and tinkering with various motorcycles that manage to find their way into our garage. I also enjoy reading indy comic books (particularly anything by Brian K Vaughn), playing board games of all sorts, and never quite managed to kick that Dungeons & Dragons habit.
